A StonkBroker is a full seat on the floor: an ERC-6551 wallet in a suit that elects tokenized stocks and collects protocol fees as those stocks. The better the protocol does, the harder that seat is to buy. Interns are how more people get in without watering the brokers down.
Every intern is minted by an activated broker, from that broker’s own wallet. The broker carves a sliver of its Clock In paycheck and pins a job title on you so the whole floor can see the cut. You are not a second broker. You are the desk next to one.

Sigma and Divergent.
Every broker comes with two dormant interns already sitting in its wallet. You do not invent them. You wake them. Token ID is the family tree: Intern #7 is Broker #7’s Sigma. Intern #4,451 is the same broker’s Divergent.

How you get onto the floor.
Buy $STONKBROKER on Robinhood Chain. Confirm the real contract. Gas is ETH. Chain ID 4663.
A broker on Anvil or secondary. Both interns ride along dormant in that wallet. Unactivated brokers cannot mint.
My Interns → pick the broker → mint Sigma, Divergent, or both. Flat $20 ETH (oracle, never rises) plus the $STONKBROKER leg.
Give it an onchain name. The broker sets pay share (0.25% floor → 2.5% Head, 5% cap across both kids). Share can only go up.
Pay the Freshman fee to enter school. Without a year, you are live but you do not weigh the Intern Clock In pot.
Pick up to three assets from the 14 token menu. Default is $STONKBROKER. Claims hit the intern wallet, not your MetaMask home screen.
Your boss pays you. The building pays you.
Simple Farmer said it in one line: two revenue streams on every intern. One is attached to the parent broker and that broker’s status. The other is separate and depends on the intern’s own activation. The second one resets when the intern is sold.
Cut of the broker’s Clock In
0.25% to 2.5% of the parent’s own credits. Bigger parent tier = bigger pie before your slice. Pauses if the parent is inactive. Title reads Applicant until they clock back in. Share follows you when you are sold. Does not reset.
Your own Clock In 3.0
Funded by 9.99% royalties, 25% of mint ETH, and intern desk fees. A round opens at 0.01 ETH accrued. Weight is your school year only. Two Freshmen earn the same from this pot no matter their title. An Alumnus earns 3.33× a Freshman. Activation clears on transfer.
Clock In 3.0 default election is $STONKBROKER, so every round with no pick buys the token for the desk. Menu now includes tokenized stocks, $cbBTC, $GLD, USDG. Payouts are not Apple dividends. They are protocol fees swapped into elected assets.
Freshman to Alumnus.
The years are school, not cosplay. Each upgrade is paid in $STONKBROKER. You pay only the difference. Half of each fee burns. No demotions. The multiplier is your whole weight in the Intern Clock In pot.

Your title is a receipt.
Pay share writes the rank. Parent broker tier writes the desk. The string updates onchain when either changes. If the parent is asleep, you are an Applicant, still an intern, just off payroll from Stream A.

Head Partner Track Intern
2.5% share under a Partner tier broker. Maximum slice of a maximum parent. Still a Freshman in school until you pay the year. Two Freshmen with different titles earn the same from the intern pot. The Head just takes more of the parent’s credits.

Pick up to three names from the shared 14 token menu. Stocks, gold, bitcoin, $STONKBROKER, USDG. Weight the mix. Default is the token.
Claim
When the bar fills, the pot swaps and drops into your bound wallet. Open My Interns. Do not look in the empty EOA.

Should we stake the intern at a desk?
A desk is an Anvil AMM pool that anyone can open for any ERC-721 on Robinhood Chain, quoted in ETH, $STONKBROKER, USDG or a listed stock token. Staking puts your NFTs, your tokens or both on a price ladder that trades on its own. It is real work for the floor. It also moves your intern out of your wallet. Know what moves before you press Stake.
The desk buys NFTs
Bids only. Your tokens buy any NFT sold into the desk, and each buy steps the bid down. Your own intern never leaves your wallet.
The desk sells NFTs
Asks only. Your NFTs are listed at your ladder. Every one it sells steps the next ask up. A fill is a sale.
The desk makes a market
Bids and asks from one pool. The ladder moves with every fill, both ways, and the fees compound in the desk.
Where the 9.99% fee on every fill goes
66% compounds in the desk that filled the trade, and proceeds plus fees land in the desk balance for you to withdraw. 25% goes to the intern Clock In engine, 9% to the treasury.

A paid year does not survive the move.
A Freshman paid 3,333 $STONKBROKER. Staked, that year clears and Stream B weight drops to zero. Coming back means paying the year again.
Stake NFTs means list NFTs.
Any fill is a sale at your ladder price. Stream A share travels with the intern, so the buyer takes the title and the slice of the parent’s Clock In.
Start price and step set everything.
Exponential moves a percent per NFT (10% by default). Linear moves a fixed amount. A start price under the floor sells the chair cheap. Check the floor first.
The chair belongs to his desk.
The broker set the title and the share. Staking changes who holds his intern. Ask him first, in Pager, and wait for the answer.
Head Floor Runner, Freshman
Staking it gives up the Freshman year already paid and takes it out of the intern pot. If it sells, the buyer pays the year again. Worth it only if the desk is the job you want this chair to do.
Trainee Floor Runner, no year
No year to lose, no pot weight yet. A desk can put it to work on a ladder while the fee split feeds the intern pot for every chair on the floor. It can still sell, so price it on purpose.
Not documented yet: whether an intern keeps collecting its Stream A slice while it sits in a desk. Interns only trade through desks once the Stonk Interns owner has registered the exchange on the intern transfer validator. Ask in Pager before you move a paid chair. This chapter explains the machine. It does not tell you to stake.

Smart contracts, tokenized stocks, NFT AMMs, agent swarms. Things break. Audits help. They do not print money back.

Earning tokenized stock rewards requires geographic screening and a program attestation. Unavailable to persons in the US, UK, Canada, and Switzerland as reported. The NFT can still exist. The stock drop may not.
Buy an intern on the secondary and you buy a live picture with a dead year. Pay the ladder again. Stream A share survives. Stream B weight does not.
Staking an NFT into a desk clears its activation, and a desk that sells NFTs can sell yours. Read the desk chapter before you stake a paid chair.
If the broker deactivates, your parent slice pauses and your title reads Applicant. The intern pot still pays if you are activated.
Smart LP and Clock In both print pretty numbers. Impermanent loss and token price can eat the pretty number. Read both lines.
